Mr.Bajaj, hailing from the historic city of Kolhapur and has over 7 decades of experience. He started with a humble start as an entrepreneur in Tobacco Industries supporting local farmers & creating local job opportunities.

Mr. Mangilal R Bajaj started the Tobacco Business (Bidi Patti Supplier) in the year 1956 Founded by M/s R R Bajaj. In 1980 business continued by Son Mr. Dilip Mangilal Bajaj by the name Bajaj Tobacco Company. (2nd Generation) continued the business. Parallelly from 1998 to 2005 company ventured into Star 555 Gutka & Pan Masala Dealership & also had the marketing of 5 districts of Karnataka including Bangalore.

Mr.Dilip Bajaj also supported as an investor for Embassy Group Banglore from 1998 to 2001 and other major companies in their initial stage of business and continued to improve their organization’s expertise and for himself.

2007 Onwards Mr. Khushal Dilip Bajaj (3rd Generation) along with his father ensured to expand the business further & parallelly established Land Development & Real Estate.

Further in 2018 collaboration with SNR Square a Joint
Venture Residential apartment and Commercial project SNR MAYFAIR in HSR layout was developed & also a Joint Venture Project with Abhee Ventures in Chandapura Circle named ABHEE NANDIKA Residential apartment was developed.

Further in 2024 SOU. RATNABAI MANGILAL BAJAJ Industrial Estate also added into the industrial plotting vertical.
